With five offices in the state of Georgia, eight offices across the state of Kentucky, two located in Ohio, and two in West Virginia we specialize in providing care for kids in rural settings. NECCO’s commitment to a collaborative effort between state workers and our case management staff is an assurance of higher quality services to clients. We work directly with our state worker colleagues to develop an individualized plan of care for each youth. In addition, we interact closely with each child to assure progress toward these goals. We provide detailed monthly reports that notify workers of the youths' advancement in our program, along with vocational/educational pursuits, biological family contacts and behavioral summaries. At NECCO, we work diligently to fulfill our mission of serving and nurturing children in need.

NECCO welcomes all referrals and provides safe homes for boys and girls ages birth to twenty-one (21) years. We serve a diverse population of children with a wide range of emotional and or behavioral problems including but not limited to:
